Micro-Internship & Experiential Learning Opportunities
The Patriot All-America Invitational, which features 84 men and 42 women collegiate All-American golfers in NCAA Divisions I, II and III, as well as All-Americans from the NAIA, NJCAA and AJGA ranks, will take place at the Wigwam Golf Resort in Litchfield Park, AZ. The 54-hole amateur event is the first of its kind to combine the talents of nationally recognized players honoring American heroes in a holiday experience. College Golf will now plat a part of Arizona's football bowl season thanks to this unique tournament, held annually between Christmas and New Years.

Overview and Student Eligibility
Tremont Sports seeks a college student majoring in sport business or administration with a winning attitude to be a member of the Patriot All-America tournament operations team. The Tournament Intern is expected to be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of tournament operations. The ideal candidate is a college student with an interest in gaining professional experience in tournament management. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of tournament management, while contributing to the growth and success of an organization.

- Lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to endure long periods of time outdoors in extreme weather
- Able to operate a golf cart and drive a vehicle
YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- College student enrolled or recent graduate in sports administration, sports management,s ports business or similar golf management and training program
- Understanding of the rules and protocols in the game of golf
- Excellent communications skills are required

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all programs, services, policies, and procedures
- Become proficient with tournament management software
- Assist with day to day operations of tournament and special events operations
- Pre- & Post-event administration, clean up, and break down
- Establish relationships with interns, executives, players and other sponsors and stakeholders
- On-site management of volunteers, scoring operations; computer, and social media
